LEARNERSHIPS

People with Disabilities

A learnership is a structured learning process for for young people between the ages of 16-35. During the learnership, learners gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the workplace. At the end learners walk away with a qualification registered on the NQF. A learnership is outcomes-based and not time-based and allows for recognition of prior learning

A learnership allows unemployed South Africans to obtain the necessary work experience through provision of jobs in their organisation.

Learnerships build pipeline and enable

transformation within an organisation. It is also a socially responsible and financially viable way in which to improve a BBBEE scorecard, while improving the lives of those living with disabilities.

Implementing a learnership permits you to gain up to 8 BBBEE points (4 points for meeting the employee and unemployed learner requirements), plus an additional 5 bonus points for employing successful learnership graduates

We have partnered with Fox Consulting and Talent Up, and operate as Eduploy. We serve business by implementing learnerships from start to finish.
