Either way, this not only affects the employee themselves but their team and the organisation as a whole, often costing millions. CASE REVIEW
A consult with the employee and the line manager consult. We also review the medical documentation available and/or liaise with the treating medical team. This is then compiled into a report advising the employer of the best course of action
ASSESSMENT
A detailed evaluation might be required in conjunction with the case review and/or case management. At times, a medical condition, a job or a work environment may need additional evaluation before sound advice can be offered
CASE MANAGEMENT
Managing the factors affecting the work function of the employee. This will include providing rehabilitation for the employee; liaising with the employees medical team, supporting & advising the employer during the adjustment or realignment process
