Classifying an existing employee as disabled could improve your BBBEE score. Often transformation strategies aim to address disability in the workforce but at times this can be hard to execute practically. Running a disclosure campaign can be an effective way of identifying if any of your current employees are in fact disabled. A campaign of this nature compromises of a few steps:
1. Awareness
Workshops, mailers, flyers etc. all explaining the benefits of disclosing a disability

2. Initial Screen
Each employee to complete this initial screen done online in their own time

3. Verification
A face-to-face assessment to confirm those flagged in step two: initial screen
