This is the support offered to the employer or line manager themselves. Often when our patients are returning to work, the employer experiences some level of anxiety and uncertainty. We have found that offering them structured time to discuss their own concerns makes the reintegration process smoother and often more successful.

 

During our voc support process we act as the liaison between then employee and employer, discussing concerns, problem solving how to mitigate risks together and generally providing an objective ear. This assists us to gain trust and buy-in, making the process less stressful
